The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The TravelDataService Hotel Booking Engine SaaS is offered to businesses. The Terms of use include the Art. 28 data-processing agreement (section 15).
